Arizona’s Republican Debate

Tonight, February, 22, 2012 the republican nominees will debate in Mesa, Arizona. Mitt Romney and Rick Santorum will face off  only days before the Arizona primary. The Arizona primary will be held Tuesday, February, 28. So go out and vote.

City of Glendale offices will be closed on Monday, February, 20 for Presidents’ Day. Also, the garbage and recycling schedule will slide over one day due to the holiday. Have a happy Presidents’ Day.

Game Winning Patrick Peterson

Patrick Peterson ran for a 99 yard punt return in overtime to win the game Sunday against the Rams. That is Peterson’s third punt return of his rookie year, breaking the Cardinals total team record of two ever. Hopefully Peterson can continue to be a spark, with Kevin Kolb likely out next week.

Mark Goudeau, the “Baseline Killer” was found guilty of nine murders on Monday, October 31, 2011. He killed eight women and one man, each with a gun shot to the head.
